This Privacy Policy sets forth the information that TheAffinityCard.com (the “Site”, “we”, us”, “our”) may gather from you and how the Site may use and process it. By submitting your data on the Site, you agree to our use and processing of your personal  information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the terms outlined below.

Ways Personal Data Will Be Obtained:

  1. Automatically. The Site may use cookies and other technology (as described below) to gather information automatically based on how you interact with the Site.
  2. When you provide your information to us. We may collect your information when you submit an inquiry form or otherwise provide us with your personal information, including, name, telephone number, postal address, email address, or any other information provided.

  • Opting Out of Our Advertising Emails. You may opt-out of receiving targeted and other marketing and promotional emails from us at any time by using the opt-out mechanism contained in such emails (also referred to as “unsubscribe”), or by submitting your request to unsubscribe@TheAffinityCard.com. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your opt-out request.
  • Declining Cookies. If you refuse our cookies, you can alter your browser settings to decline cookies. You should note, however, that certain areas of the Site may not function properly if you decide not to accept cookies.
  • Do Not Track. This site does not respond to “do not track” or similar signals.

Our Site is intended for general audiences. It is not intended for use by persons under 13 years of age.
